In terms of pricing, Selevax costs $54.95 for a 30 day supply – with free shipping  to the united States. Our international shipping costs $17.95.

Our ingredients are high quality and sourced from the best places in the world. It ends up being less that $2 per day, less than a coffee from Starbucks!

8. Where do you ship to?

Selevax is available to any virtually any country worldwide. Please email us at support@selevax.com to find out if we ship to you. Chances are that we do!

9. How long does shipping generally take?

      • Standard shipping in the United States takes 3-5 business days. Our shipping is currently free within the USA, so take advantage of this special offer while it lasts.

      • International shipments have 2 options:

1) You can choose DHL’s reliable shipping service for $36.95. DHL shipments are guaranteed and will arrive within 5-10 business days.

2) You can choose to ship via USPS. This costs $17.95 and can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks. While the majority of these shipments experience no problems we are not responsible for any orders that become lost or stolen when shipped via USPS. The customer accepts full responsibility for orders shipped with USPS and we cannot issue any refunds for lost or stolen shipments.

10. Can I get my order Express posted?

Yes, domestic orders to the United States can get orders expedited. We currently offer UPS Overnight at 1-2 days for $36.95.

11. I completed my order, but I haven’t received a tracking number?

Don’t worry, your order will be sent. Tracking numbers are sent on the next business day. So if you order on Friday, you might not receive one until Monday or Tuesday the latest.

12. Will my order be shipped immediately after ordering?

Once you place an order with us, you will receive your order within 3-5 business days with our Free Shipping. International Shipments will take anywhere from 5-10 business days depending on customs processing.

13. Is it safe to order online?

Yes. Absolutely. We use the latest SSL encryption technology on our website to ensure your details remain safe & confidential. Our card processing partner is Authorize.net who are one of the most recognized and trusted payment processors that exist today. What’s more, your credit/debit card details are encrypted and not stored when checking out so nobody sees your card details. 14. Is it Okay to use Selevax if I am Breastfeeding, Have Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, or Have Any Other Medical Condition or Concern?

While the ingredients found in Selevax are safe, we recommend that you consult your physician before using Selevax or taking any other herbal supplement if you have any medical concerns whatsoever.

15. How Does Your Refund Policy Work?

Our refund policy is simple. In the rare case that Selevax doesn’t help you with your scars, you can return 1 used jar along with all other jar(s) included in your order. The remaining jars must be unopened and sealed in order to be eligible for FULL refund (less s&h for international orders).

We never charge any restocking fees and make it really easy to receive your refund. Refunds are processed within 30 days of receipt of your package. You must carefully package the product. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 90 day period. We recommend you chose a shipping method with tracking. Selevax reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

Once your return has been received, a credit to your original form of payment and an e-mail confirmation will be sent within 30 days. Return credits are applied to your original form of payment only.

16. Where Do I Send My Returns?

Send all returns to 126 East Wing St, Suite #355, Arlington Heights, IL, 60004. We give you 90 days to try the product risk-free because we are confident Selevax will work for you.
